General interest in most things fitness orientated. Didn't really take up any sport / exercise after school until about 24 year old, took up Judo and got my 1st Dan, got bored and took up mountain biking then road cycling, took it a step further and started swimming then decided to try running. Did a sprint tri for the first time last year, got 56th out of 500. Still cycle, swim and run, but no Tri bug. Got too many other things going on to dedicate myself to it. Throw some weightlifting in here and there, been out trekking with some pals over the past 12 months with a challenge to sleep on the 3 British Peaks, done Snowdon twice in winter, and Scafell in Summer. Recently failed Ben, but will do it soon!

Best Climbing Experience Not really climbing as such, but top of Mt. Teide experiencing high altitude was fun! Second time up Snowdon was great, brilliant view of the Milky way at 10 pm while drinking vodka and coke! Not actually a climber, but looking into it! Long walks, with large backpacks aren't good for vertical ascents!
