Over the past few years I've become more interested in bouldering or doing routes that I'm comfortable about leading or just like the look of instead of putting myself through the 'must improve my grade' game. I'd rather do a cool problem in a beautiful place than a hard route (for me) which isn't in a nice setting.Location

Best Climbing Experience
Cioch West, Cioch Nose, lunch on the Cioch followed by the immaculate Integrity - a brilliant mountain day. Golden Slipper and Sunset Slab were both memorable. Also, meeting Dave Birkett at the top of his grandfather's wonderful 'F route' on Gimmer must be up there. Summer evenings after climbing at Reiff are hard to beat, as are crisp winter days in Torridon.
