My name is not really Hugh, if you hadn't already worked out the joke - it's Paddy. I've have been climbing for around 25 years now and still loving it! I was once touching on E3, but lack of regular climbing in the past few years means I'm back around the HVS mark now, but hoping to improve again. Have all the gear (and some idea) and transport. I'd climb with almost anyone, anywhere, anytime, any grade (upto E3), so if you're stuck get in contact.

Best Climbing Experience
Tough one. As an experience, it would have to be West Wall (12) on the middle of the 3 Sisters, Katoomba, New South Wales. For the best climb, ..mmm, I'd say Rock Idol (E1 5a), Mother (S)Carey's Kitchen, Pembroke.

Interests Outside Climbing
Playing Guitar (not too badly), playing piano (very badly), cooking (i'm pretty good, if I say so myself) and being with friends.

About My Photography
This is me after, chilin' on the belay, experiencing Gundabad (E1 5b) at Goblin Combe, for the first of many times, possibly the most underrated in the South West.
Usually, I carry a small 5Mpixel camera, but as belay shots are either all arse (from below) or all face (from above) I don't bother that much - would rather be climbing!
