Been there a lot this year already, but not to Twin Cracks buttress. There are no protected birds nesting on the main crag, but there are the usual two or three well hidden jackdaw nests (deep in the top cracks of Sidekick and Elders Crack). Jackdaws are not protected and in any case do not seem to get "disturbed", they are always there and they always nest successfully.
Ravens have been seen this year but do not appear to have nested. The old nest on Gibbon has largely gone, the one on DIY is still going to be a bit smelly. I've also seen peregrines flying around, but no sign of a nest site either.
However there may be something on Twin Cracks buttress as I've not been down there yet this year. Climbing on Main Wall will definitely not disturb birds nesting on Twin Cracks.
