What are good destinations for climbing in December in mainland Europe and that are not limestone?

Thanks

In reply to AeroPiper:

There are good granite and gneiss crags here in Ariege that can be and frequently are great to climb on in December, but that late in the year there's an increasing chance of a winter weather pattern rolling in for a week or so, which would mean climbing on the limestone crags would be a better option.

How about a helping of pudding (a.k.a. conglomerate) - appropriate for Christmas!? A few options here (though none guaranteed for December - I'm not sure anywhere is!)

Thanks. Anything in Italy, by chance?

There's loads of gneiss and some other weird stuff such as  porphyry & marble in South Tyrol. You might get lucky with the weather in December - November is pretty much prime season on the south facing crags; I've climbed there in January but conditions were a bit character building.
