Hi,
Unfortunately, the front lip on my rather worn out boots has deteriorated to a point that I am becoming worried as to the security of my crampons. They have served me well as I have been starting winter climbing but now sadly need to be replaced.
I was wondering if anyone had any old size 46 boots I could buy that they were wanting rid of. Not looking for the latest and greatest, anything even remotely serviceable would be brilliant.
Also, any advice on how to extend the workable life of my current boots would also be hugely appreciated. I know I could use C2s with them but I unfortunately only have C3 crampons.
