I'm looking for a ride/lift from Inverness to Ullapool on Sunday morning (3rd March).
The first Citylink bus on Sunday is 1550 (at the moment, Sundays is just the afternoon bus, no morning bus) which is too late for what I need to get to.

Does anyone have any suggestion / offers (happy to share fuel costs etc) or suitable sites/FB pages to post.
It looks like there's no Uber in Inverness (unless someone knows otherwise), and the local taxis are pricey to put it mildly.
(It would almost be cheaper to hire a car for a couple of days compared to the cost of a taxi, but I don't get into Inverness until Sat evening, so too late to pick up a hire car).

Thanks, I ended up getting the train Inverness to Grave (£6 advance single) and getting picked up at Garve.  Worked a treat.

And thanks for the other replies: most helpful, esp the Ullapool car share FB page as I'd heard about it but hadn't been able to find it.
