Missing in North Wales -contact police on 999 is this campervan seen

Serious welfare concern for our good friend (name withheld) 56 years old 5ft 9" solo male driving a Silver VW  Transporter [license plate removed].  Police have tracked van heading to  North Wales and are searching for him, as are his friends.

PLEASE RING 999 POLICE URGENTLY if CAMPERVAN SEEN, WITH LOCATION. (River or Coastal locations favoured by kayakers are likely spots)
