Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a GPX of the Welsh 3000s North to South they could share?

I did the route South to North many years ago, and I'm trying to plan the most sensible route in the other direction to try this summer/autumn, maybe running a little this time, and to identify any significant changes I should make to the reverse South to North route.

Did it North to South at the end of May, started in the carpark in the valley above Tal-y-Bont. Planned and refined over a couple of recce walks. Route was good on the day, nothing much I'd really change.
