I started climbing in 2011 and have managed to get a lot done around the Wye Valley, Mendip and Bristol area. I've not done so much trad climbing recently due to time constraints but have been regularly climbing indoors and getting some sport climbing done outside. I can onsight low sixes and have redpointed harder. Last time I was regularly trad climbing I was onsighting VS quite steadily, but I think I should be able to improve on that now I'm stronger after all the indoor climbing.

There are several people I climb with on a regular basis, but Iím happy to climb with new people although I prefer it if they have a profile filled in with at least a list of their recent climbs -- when Iím looking to get out climbing I sometimes put a post on the UKC forum.

Best Climbing Experience
Not falling off during the last hard move on Wilkinsons Sword (7a) and topping out on Stob Coire Nan Lochan after linking a couple of technically easy, but exhausting, winter routes.

Interests Outside Climbing
I occasionally fish, also run or hill walk to stay reasonably fit. I did a lot of hill walking several years back and was trying to work through all the Welsh 2000ft+ hills, but I've had a knee problem that's put that objective on hold for a bit. I've also done a handful of Munros, and will hopefully get a few more ticked off if the knee improves.
