Peter Herold

Born Sheffield 1964, climbed seriously at Uni up to E5 6a/b, Scottish winter V & ED Alps, thought about becoming guide but decided I'd get bored and got serious job. Then toe injury stopped climbing. For 20 years worked in consulting, since age 33 cycled seriously. Sick of consulting by 2005 and decided to change. Started climbing again 2006 aged 42. We opened The Lemon House for climbers, mountain bikers, walkers, road cyclists and kayakers in Sardinia in summer 2007, and I now work on running this and developing and promoting these sports where we live in Ogliastra on the east coast, as well as a bit of translation.
