I was bitten by the climbing bug at home (NZ)... now I'm here I'm keen to improve my skills and get outdoors more often. A happy numpty.

Best Climbing Experience
Leading at Gardoms at sunset, with gorgeous autumn colours in the valley below. I managed to wedge myself into a niche but got back out and finished it! Was lucky enough to watch the sun set as I belayed Kiera (Monkey) and the guys up as night fell. We walked out with head torches and thawed out and pigged out in a gorgeous wee pub. What a perfect day.

My first lead!! I did Sail Buttress... oh I feel like a real climber now!!

I've been learning photography, and I play ultimate... not as much now I've discovered climbing. Oh, and touristy UK stuff and planning European trips. :)
