Anything Else We Should Know
Recently slipped a disc in my neck, so I'm sat twiddling my thumbs now until it sorts itself out again... arrrghhh!
Update: Can now boulder once a week, difficulty looking sharply upwards for long enough to belay anyone though.
Update to update: Disc now slipped again, back to square one :-(
Updated update to update: Disc now removed and replaced with metal cage! I'm slowly recovering, and maybe soon I'll get out on rock at last!
