I've only been climbing since October 08, but love it and am thoroughly addicted. Have climbed around Edinburgh/East Lothian mostly, with a bit in Northumberland and the Lake District - looking to do lots more, and hoping this summer will have the weather for it!Location

Best Climbing Experience
Doing my first lead at Rosyth Quarry in lovely spring sunshine; climbing surrounded by the beautiful scenery in the Lake District; and battling the fear of my first few outdoor climbs on a freezing day at Benny Beg - looking at the snow on the ground and wondering what the hell I was doing, but feeling very satisfied to get to the top!
