There are two kinds of maps in Rockfax Digital. One is the one on the map tab at the bottom and the other is the offline maps that appear with the crag pages to help you find the crags. I think you are referring to the former here in which case, does the shop you refer to appear here? - https://www.ukclimbing.com/listings/
That is where Rockfax Digital pulls its information from. Anyone can add a shop to that although it is usually best if the people from the shop do it.
