I am trying to subscribe to the rockfax app (£5 a month) this but my the payment process wont complete. Anyone else having problems?

I tried 2 different maestro cards, an amex card and paying via link but nothing seems to work.

I'm not sure what that's about but I'll ask the team to look into it.

Are both cards with the same bank? It looks like the payment triggered an extra authentication step. Sometimes this is recieving a code via text or authentication within an app. This isn't actually a step we have any control over.

I'll give you an email and see if we can get you subscribed successfully.
