Weissmies April

Hi, I'm hoping for a bit of help/advice, has anyone here attempted Weissmies in April and/or could give me any advice regarding the conditions? Can't seem to find anything regarding April, all posts start July onwards as thats the high season.

There is no high season in the Alps just different seasons - one for ski touring (Feb - May) and one for walking (July - Sept), so in April you will need to be on skis to make progress.
