Whilst camping near the Grochan lay-by last Bank holiday Monday, my car was broken into. Both mine and girlfriend's rucksacks were swiped, and we've lost alot of gear (which wasn't insured, bummer). Amazingly the police have managed to recover some of it.
The break-in was very amateur and involved wrenching my back door open. We reckon it was linked to some guy who hung around the lay-by in his car before we went to bed (clocking our possessions). It's easy to be suspicious after the event.
