Most boots go up to 48 euro sizing. Not all are the same internal length though.
The Cumbre is an excellent example of a leather fully stiffened boot. Better designed than the standard Nepal XT. But a different fit so comparing the two is unhelpful really.
The Freney is a pretty typical synthetic fully rigid boot. If it fits and you don't want a leather, there's little reason not to buy it.
Beware. You are very unlikely to have a choice of boot (certainly not more than two or three if you're very lucky) as one model will fit you better than its rivals.
