Petzl Saxo Aqua - Product Recall
If you've got one of these it will need to be returned to the place of purchase or Lyon Equipment Ltd to have a modification installed. Testing has shown that gaseous emissions from defective batteries left stored for long periods in an airtight casing such as the Saxo Aqua could lead to excessive pressure build up and the possibility of explosion. A gas absorber installed in the bulb holder assembly can eliminate this risk.
