Sizing rock shoes for performance
Just wondering how many people still buy their rock shoes smaller than street shoe sizes, does anyone think it helps?
In reply to Toby M: i buy shoes as small as i can - without it been to stupid and painful. Definately helps as shoe doesn't move or 'walk' or roll when placed on a hold and better sensitivity. Also you want your toes to crimp like when your fingers are on a small edge - same difference.
