Buhler bolt anchor?

I've seen a few bolted routes that have this funky "curved W" shape anchor which pivots out from the rock in its center, and you hook your rope behind it on both sides. Very neat, but does anyone know what it is called?

Someone has said they are 6mm steel rod Buhler bolts - does this ring any bells for anyone? (they aren't Petzl Clowns)

Cheers

In reply to Nick Smith:

You seem to be describing a "Moulinox" that you find at Saffres.

You could try contacting the CAF Dijon.

They are great for 1 pitch sport lower-offs.
In reply to Carless: Yes, that is it exactly:

Many thanks!
