waterproof pants recommendation / Rab Lofoten any good?
I'm thinking of getting a pair of heavy duty waterproofs to cope with torrential rain here in the uk and alpine climbing.
Has anyone got Rab Lofoten pants and would they fit the bill, are they durable and durably waterproof, tough enough for use with crampons?
I currently have two-layer Lowe Alpine triplepoint ceramic trousers which are about six years old and not really holding up to heavy rain anymore.
Anything else recommended?
