any idea when the new version is coming out? - in the market for a new 30l sack and the website has been suggesting a new model is on the way for a while.

DMM are the new UK distributors for Crux and Lightwave so I thought I would reply to your question.

The new AK30 should be available in April 2009.

Andrew,

The new Crux AK30 should have the following features:

1. Roll-top design.
2. The body material will change to 420d PU Nylon with taped seams.
3. The back will have a shaper/stiffener, but no frame.
