I have just moved to Peru from the UK for 3 years and currently trying to track down the local climbing community.

Does anyone have any links or contacts please?

Try the South American Explorers club - they are an ex pat club located near Miraflores, at the top end of Kennedy Plaza. The clubhouse is very good with a decent library and plenty of climbers and such wandering in and out.
