Says its a 1 person tent but is it roomy enough for 2 at a push?

Yes just big enough for 2 though if there is any build up of condensation both users are likely to be up against the flysheet, it also takes hundreds of midges no problem

One thing which really helps with the waterproofing is attaching three loops to the fly sheet. Two of these go at the bottom of the fly sheet in the middle of the long edge. The third goes at the bottom of the fly sheet on the edge that doesn't have the door (if that makes sense). You can then peg the ground sheet well away from the tent interior. This gives about 30cm clearance between the outer and the inner.

In reply to Dirty Lion: Depends which one man argos tent you are talking about. There is one that has got good reviews (the Tiger Paws) and at least one other that was apparantly rubbish.
