the best waterproof AND warm jacket
What is the best (value) jacket for scottish winter conditions. I am considering a ME Fitzroy as not too keen on down. I have so far out up with layers and a shell/softshell although have been looking at the paramo aspira which i unsure how warm this maybe.
Any advise welcome.
