Hi,

I'm off work for a 3 week holiday and to cut a long story short I did a training course 2 years ago for the SPA, but then missed a whole year's climbing last year and want to get back out on "God's own Rock" as my instructor called it so I can get myself back on track to take the assessment.

Can climb during the week, days or evenings, but would like to stick to Severe until I'm back in the swing of things.

Can anyone help out?
