might be going to llanberis pass this weekend for the bank holiday and was wondering if anyone can suggest any problems or even better an area for a "new-ish" to try.
maybe V1's and V2's but really do need nice landings and definately no highballs .

any suggestions please ?? xxx

You should buy the Ground Up guide - plenty of problems in there! The greatest concentration of lower-grade problems is around the Cromlech boulders (the back face of the main boulder is all V0-V1-ish). If you do well you can head up the hill to the Wavelength and try some harder stuff.

Loved your last album, btw.

Cromlech Boulders have a fair number of low grade bouldering problems:

Or try the RAC Boulders, which are near Llynnau Mymbyr:

i've got the north wales bouldering guide, went up to wavelength a while ago but weather was really bad and most of the problems were more like waterfalls. hopefully the sun will hold out so i can get on a few things this time.

thanx for the advice

PS : 80's music is coming back :-P

ta very much, only trouble with RAC is that they get really busy in the nice weather, you have to form an orderly queue to get on a problem... despite my name i'm not really one for audiences :-P

cheers

In reply to grace jones: Go to the lower sattilites and the Meadow. Great problems on nice rock. Not like the nasty polished Cromlech.
