Hi, I climbed it in 2008 with these guys: http://www.adventurealternative.com/MtElbrus.asp#Adventures
They were very good, and helped with the paperwork and gave advice for dealing with the Russians to get a visa etc. Drop me an email if you want more info.

Hello, for an all in package (flights included)that departs on a friday and has you back the following sunday. plus gets you to the top try 360 expeditions.
