An opportunity to become part of our lively reception team at The Castle has arisen. We are looking for a receptionist to work on our busy front desk between 16 and 24 hours a week, daytime and evenings.
A friendly open manner, enthusiastic attitude towards excellent customer service and a high standard of written and spoken English is required for this position. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritise tasks effectively, be confident with Word, Excel and email and have previous experience in customer facing roles. Attention to detail and a good telephone manner are also essential.
An interest in climbing and the issues around sustainability is an advantage.
• Answering customer queries by phone, email and in person.
• Administration of our customer database and course diary.
• Working with the Duty Manger and colleagues to ensure a safe and friendly environment is provided for our customers.
