We have just a few places left on the upcoming Smart Climbing Open Workshop, 10-12 June, North Wales. The workshop blends psychological skills sessions from a qualified clinical psychologist, with technique coaching from Lucy Creamer. We also cover skills such as falling off, slick ropework and self-rescue techniques, and climber-specific yoga. There will also be an evening lecture by local legend, Pete Robbins.
