If anything I think they are more comfy than the Sportivas and Anastazis that I normally wear, they have more stretchy rubbery material in them. They are excellent quality. The downside for me was I found that they start to roll on my feet once I've had them on for an hour or two and got hot and sweaty. This makes them poor on small edges for me. I'd certainly recommend giving them go if you are looking for a change as I can imagine if they suit your foot shape then you'd really get on with them.
