Hi I am at a function in Kendal this weekend and fancied a shortish walk to get my appetite up, can anyone suggest a walk eastish of Kendal of about 7 miles, but not the Howgills as I have walked extensivley there, I wondered if were any hidden nooks. Thinking 7 miles ish.

Whinfell Beacon ridge: start from the A685 about 2 miles S of Tebay.
Calf Top (Middleton Fell) from Barbon
Great Coum from Dent
