Regarding Greenland, I recall anyone wanting to embark on an expedition across the 'Ice Cap' had to be part of a team of four. Do you happen to know if this is still the case? Is it possible to set off on a solo expedition? I ask you, because I know you have considerable experience in the 'Polar ' field.

You could try getting in touch with Hannah McKeand, who attempted a solo expedition to the North Pole in 2010 after her record-breaking one to the South Pole. Frustratingly for her she had a bad fall leading to her having to abandon the North Pole journey, but she knows her stuff.

I know a team of 2 guys who did. Well they didn't, but no one stopped them setting off as a team of 2 if you see what I mean.
