Bird Restrictions Boulder Ruckle Far East

The RAD for Boulder Ruckle (http://www.thebmc.co.uk/modules/RAD/ViewCrag.aspx?id=158) says:

"...restrictions apply from Sardine Special to Hard Day's Night, Andycap to Raindrop and Quasimodo to Insectitude inclusive."

I thought the whole of Boulder Ruckle Far East was banned but this suggests climbs east of Insectitude are not. I'd like to climb there and soon if i can, so Is this right, an error or have I misunderstood?

This IS the current state of the restrictions, so routes east/right of Insectitude are OK to climb. Don't forget to take a camera and get some shots for me...
