 Premier Post - FS: Extreme Rock - Great Condition

For sale a copy of Extreme Rock in excellent condition (as shown by the attached photo - please see UKC gallery for further photos). The book is in almost perfect condition with only one small mark on page 146 - shown in photos in my UKC gallery.
I am looking for offers in the region of £225 as this seems to be what the book sells for on ebay and when they come up on forums - if you are interested please contact me via UKC and I will try to answer any questions.
