Improve your fitness!
The BMC Leading Ladder returns for 2012/2013. This fun lead climbing competition starts 6 October 2012 and runs at 35 UK walls until the end of March 2013. Each round runs for a 16 day period. That means you can travel around the country and take part in leading competitions right throughout the winter – a great way to get fit, and stay fit! Grades F5+ to 8a. National final 27th April 2013 at The Lakeland Climbing Centre.
