Just got a new set of Sarkens ( A Early Xmas treat) But I had to change the front bails for grivel ones to get a decent fit on my La Sportiva Nepal Extremes, Has any one else had this problem or am I just being a mong?

Any comments criticism would be appreciated!

I am completely the other way round lol.

In my opinion the only bails that fit well on my scarpa phantom guides are the petzl ones that comes with the darts.

Maybe I'm missing a trick somewhere too?

There are two holes at each side for the front bails on the Sarkens. A better fit can be achieved by having left and right sides of the bails in different holes. (A hammer also helps..)

In reply to flett53: The Grivel G14 bails fit alot better with out having to hammer them, Still a pain in the ass!
