Topic - Customer service experiences

just wondering if anyone has had good/bad experiences with Haglofs?

Bought an Endo Jacket last year after LOTS of research, anyway, 2 months on and a fair bit of casual use i.e. commuting to work, bits of rain here and there and I was getting wet on a few occasions; therefore I decided to send it back with a detailed account of my experience, especially as I'd paid 160 and the 'Gore Guarantee' says if you're not happy etc....so its been sent back to the store, they sent it to Haglofs and they've sent it to Gore, on Monday it will be 4 week since the store received it and they are waiting for Gore to test it.....yawn....I've had sod all feedback from Haglofs or Gore and nothing but appologies from the store.....how long Should I expect to wait until I get some decent feedback? Getting frustrated now, as I loved this jacket but its no.1 priority failed...surely customers paying a lot of money for equipment should be looked after, a few simple emails is all it takes......

any advice / opinions please!
