I've got an old synthetic fill sleeping bag which has been stored incompetently and got a small-to-middling amount of greyish mold, mostly on the cotton lining.

Any thoughts as to the best way to get it clean? Stick it in the washing machine? Boil it in vinegar? Use some sort of magic product? Get it professionally cleaned? Just give up and chuck it?
