Compared to ME Citadel....how do you rate it?

Don't know about the Citadel, but the DAS is the benchmark. Top bit of kit.

In reply to butteredfrog: Citadel is marginally warmer, marginally more durable than the DAs, but heavier. But we are talking small differences - they are both top end pieces of clothing.

In reply to An Triubhas: My DAS is a decade old now so don't know what the new ones are like but my DAS is more usable for winter climbing than the citadel, but the citadel, once on, is warmer and has a better hood. For what use? In my a 900g synthetic belay jacket is only really well suited to roadside drippy ice cragging or multiday trips around the snow line.
