Hoping someone out there might have plastic boots I might be able to buy second hand or rent for a trip to Mera Peak in October. Ideally we would like plastic doulbe skin boots (scarpa vega or similar) in sized 4.5 and 9.5. If you could help or know of any please respond. Many thanks to you all.

In reply to jbrady: You might be better off reposting in For Sale/Wanted.

On an aside, you may find plastic boots are overkill for Mera Peak and you can survive with some robust general mountaineering boots. One of my companions climbed Island Peak in Salomon Mountain Experts and the other in stiff, well dubbed, walking boots when we went in April.
In reply to jbrady: What's 9.5 in euro sizing? I've got a pair of size 42 little used Scarpa Vegas that I would consider selling, but I think that might be 1 or 2 sizes too small?
