/ Sheltered beginners crag western peak?
Im planning on taking a couple of people out on sunday to introduce them to climbing on rock. I have a copy of western grit and was planning on going to windgather as it seems to be an ideal location. Was wondering if there was another option which would be less exposed as the forecast is for a fairly windy day.
Any suggestions for suitable alternatives would be much appreciated.
Difficult to match wimberry for really easy routes I think but
Wimbrry looks like a winner, many thanks :0)
Hobson Quarry has some good routes and good anchors which might be more relevant, Windgatherer is difficult to set up top ropes etc
