Hi,

I know phd do custom down clothing, but I'm more looking at shells?

Possibly with a base cut/items of clothing with addable features?

both Wild Things and North Face currently have systems for anybody to choose the bits they want, fabrics, details etc and get it made.
it within what they offer as basic designs, but all good stuff (ive only really dabbled in the WT one).

takes a month or so.

In reply to dutybooty: Actually PHD do custom waterproof shells too. A fairly toughish fabric - 425g quoted for the very stripped down smock, ~600g for the jacket.
