Hey guys/gals...

Im cycling from my work (gibraltar), along a scenic route to meet the finish of Stage 8.

The route is 100km to get there (scenic) and 65km back....

Advice required, i have gels, bars and fluids... any other recommendations? lmao

P.s. Ive only ridden 90km recently... could be different... especially with 2000m of climbing (apparently) haha

In reply to RCJ: take your time and give yourself lots of time to get there. Stop and eat. Get a chain gang going.

We have a group going, and passport on side, with helmet etc... we have planned meal breaks...

Hopefully get to see some good action, and we have plenty of time set out, approx 7 hours
