|Just thought i would put a quick note up to say how good the customer sevice from a few compoanies ive delt with recently
firstly Haglofs U.K.. I had a problem with my Tundra jacket and sent it back to them only for them to say that they couldnt do anything as it was a sample, fair enough. Haglofs went above and beyond and sent it to Gore as it was technically a problem with the fabric, Gore agreed to cover the cost of a new Tundra 2 for me regardless of it being a sample
Second is Edlelrid who replaced my Hurricanes after the rubber started to delaminate after a few days out on the grit, they could have put it down to wear and tear and i am very thanksul for their help!
So Haglofs, Gore and Edlelrid... you are all absolute winners and your customer service is second to none! x
