I'm fortunate enough to be heading to Mayrhofen for a week with friends who are skiing. I am not sure my knees will take all the twists and turns of skiing for the whole week i am there so I'm considering some walks or easy solos up some local hills, or even hopefully meeting other climbers out there to climb more anything harder.

Google isn't coming back with many winter options, mainly summer trails. So has anyone UKC been or can kindly recommend me:

1. Guidebooks (covering winter)
2. Routes in February, ideally starting from local skilift!
3. Other websites/sources
