A lively and fun night with Alan presenting on his life lived on top of the World's highest peaks, with new photos and videos, and new jokes...but thisis no ordinary lecture...
We open with
-complimentary seasonal refreshments
-a chance to mingle and jingle among an exclusive '100 years of highaltitude mountaineering exhibition' from the Mountain Heritage Trust andLyon Equipment including equipment and clothing used on the 1st ascent and50th anniversary year ascent of Kangchenjunga
-some great films before the main event of Alans show.Alan, as always entertaining, will guide us through his 18 year journey toclimb all the worlds 8000M peaks
This will be followed by an interlude with more drink
-a raffle with fantastic prizes (...nope no chalk bags and hoodies here...) and then a first...
