nepal extremes insulation

I am looking to get some nepal extremes and I have noticed that some boots have a thinsulate tab on them and others don't. Does anyone know if all extremes have the same insulation in or is there an older model which may still be out and about there?

The newer ones have goretex insulated linings I think. Did the ones without thinsulate tags have goretex tags?

No goretex tags as I believe they are the evos. I have seen extremes with and without thinsulate tags and wondered if there was a version that wasn't insulated but surely not?... I've seen something online mentioned about nepal tops which aren't insulated but don't know if they look like the extremes or even if they are still around
